Success story: Kotscher GmbH

The project

Kotscher GmbH is developing a mixed-use commercial property in the Brand business park in Aachen. The former military site "Camp Pirotte" is being developed by the city of Aachen into a modern commercial area.

The building comprises:

• Restaurant space on the ground floor
• Office and practice space on the upper floors
• Suitable for doctors, lawyers, notaries and other service providers

The land was acquired from the city of Aachen. The project is carried out in close coordination with the city administration.

The founding team

Kotscher GmbH was founded in October 2021. The team brings experience from various fields – real estate investment, hospitality and interior design.

The company employs staff in the skilled trades: tilers, painters and drywall installers. In addition to project development, Kotscher GmbH also offers interior fit-out services.

The challenge

For a real estate project of this scale, comprehensive bank financing was required. The increased material costs (approx. +35% compared to the original calculation) placed additional demands on the financial planning.
